The story in brief:
Pa-Lu-Ta-La which is a type 3 civilization leaves their own galaxy M33 in the constellation Triangulum in the local galaxy
cluster about 1,000,000 light-years away.
The reason is that Sagittarius D, a super-heavy black hole in the middle of the M33, is becoming unstable due to their energy consumption, and now they must find a new home.
